Ben was extremely professional, completed the oil change in a timely manner, and was able to identify where oil had been leaking from the vehicle that many other mechanics hadn't been able to determine. Corey was extremely helpful. He explained the diagnostic tools he was using and kept me advised of what I was seeing on the screen. He was able to determine the issue with my car very soon. He showed me the location, in the engine bay, of the part that was causing the issue and explained that because of its location, it was best replaced at a dealership or other VW service center. He checked my engine for unlinked hoses, and connections which could cause the issue, but was convinced it was the part we discussed. Very happy with his diagnosis and will proceed accordingly.
