Derrick was both personable and knowledgeable. I felt very confident in his assessment of the problem I currently have with my car. I would very much like to have him complete the work, but I noticed on the new work form an important part has been left out. As Derrick pointed out, oil is sleeping into a couple of chambers which houses the spark plugs. If the rubber seal that he showed me is not replaced, the same problem will occur. So it would be pointless to change the spark plugs and do an oil change unless that rubber seal is changed as well. He informed me that he was having a problem in requesting an order for that part. I would really like to continue with Your Mechanic, is there any way that part can be ordered?

He gave the original estimate but once he got into the engine a bit more he said certain things did NOT need to be done and reduced the estimate. Unusual for mechanics. Usually goes the other way.
