I got a text from him early in the morning asking if I would be open to an earlier appointment, which I readily agree to, and once the work began he was very efficient with both his time and mine, allowing me to get back to the remainder of my work day with the confidence of having a working vehicle. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I scheduled an appointment with Ben at 9am to replace the starter on my 2005 Toyota Corolla. Ben arrived around 9:15, greeted me, apologized for being a bit late as he stopped to pick up the part, took a look at my car and let me know that it would take about an hour. 40 minutes later he was done. He explained what he did, showed me that my car started, answered all my questions, bid me farewell and left. All before 10am. I found Ben to be very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend his services.

We needed our headlight bulbs replaced and were very pleased with Jose and how quickly he was able to get this was done. From making the appointment on Friday evening and having it done on Saturday afternoon. Jose was conscientious about calling us to let us know that the job before ours took him a little longer than expected. We appreciated being kept up to date. We were very happy that we didn't have to go to the auto parts store and figure out what bulbs we needed or how to put them in. We'll definitely be using YourMechanic again!
