2004 Toyota Prius 20,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Chris did a great job on my Prius. He could tell, based on my vague description (I don't know a lot about cars) exactly where the problem was and how to fix it. He arrived before the original appointment time and was very quick in his service. He even gave me some recommendations on additional care for my car.

Andrew came to my place before the schedule time but I was away and procuring parts from shop. It took sometime to get all the parts. To my surprise Andrew politely said he will until get the parts or if needed more time, it could be rescheduled. Anyway I got all the parts required and brought. Andrew shown his excellent skills to finish the work. He is very professional and courteous and he charged only for the service he performed and adjusted price for an additional service that he has not performed.

Ira was extremely professional and quick. He provides service with a smile and answers all your questions and is very upfront and helpful. Awesome personality! He even shared his knowledge and experience with me. I would recommend him to anyone!
