Franky was great! He kept me updated about his arrival time and went straight to work on my front brakes as soon as he arrived. He also pointed out some additional things that I will need to get repaired soon. He took many before and after photos that he included in my final report, allowing me to see the work he had done. He just left and was very professional, fast and above all honest about what needed to be done. He let me know that a specific list item on my tuneup wasn't needed and took the price off of the total as well as found me a coupon code to get me a better price since I let him know money was an issue for me. I don't know yet about the warranty coverage since I haven't yet had to use it, but am pleased so far. I wouldn't hesitate to call Alfred back if I needed work done.

Manuel was a little early to the appointment which was appreciated. Boosted car to determine battery was dead and needed replacement. Was knowledgeable on how to get back hatch open on Prius from inside car. Replaced the battery and did 50 point inspection outlining other areas of concern that will need attention down the road.
