Manuel was a little early to the appointment which was appreciated. Boosted car to determine battery was dead and needed replacement. Was knowledgeable on how to get back hatch open on Prius from inside car. Replaced the battery and did 50 point inspection outlining other areas of concern that will need attention down the road. Great service call, thank you.
