Breck notified me ahead of my appointment time that he'd be a few minutes late, which was fine with me, as I was too. He got right to work, figured out the problem & fixed it. He then did a major inspection of my vehicle, documenting everything. We discussed a couple of repairs that I thought I needed & will put in a couple of quote requests to determine what to do next. The whole process was so simple. It was done at my condo on Sunday afternoon while I cleaned out my car. After he was finished, I paid & instantly had all my detailed info & suggested repairs. Unfortunately, after he left, I opened up the trunk a few times & once again, could not shut the lid. I called YourMechanic back, then spoke to Breck & he came right back over. In 2 minutes, he found the other cause of my trunk problem & fixed it. I'm totally thriled with this service & with Breck. He was professional, knowlegable & very thorough with my car inspection. He was very courteous & answered my 101 questions. Yes, I'd have Breck come do all of my upcoming needed repairs for both my cars, if he's available.

Timothy came out ran a diagnostic on my Toyota, confirm what the issue was and got to work. Once done with the thermostat replacement. He ran a second diagnostic which confirm the new thermostat working. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a work on there car. Very easy going and professional.
