Eduardo showed up on time, was very professional, inspected the whole vehicle, discovered the exact problem I was having and provided a temporary fix until a permanent fix could be done. He told me that the problem was my battery in my Hybrid and tried to find who had an available one instead of waiting another day. Even though a big storm was brewing just West of us.
