Theodore arrived on time. He was able to replace the alternator really fast. Once the alternator was fixed he realized that the battery was completely dead so he waited patiently until I went to the store and got a new battery. He ensured the car was drivable before he left. He had just enough dirt on his jeans to know he gets into the cars, but not so much that you didn't want him in your car.
