John was very professional and tried to provide excellent service. His battery charger broke so he couldn’t diagnose my car’s problem. Is it possible for him to come back and diagnose my car for no charge, once I get the battery charged? I don’t mind paying but I feel like the cost should be discounted because of the non-diagnostic.
