James did a wonderful job. He changed out the starter with out a hitch and now I do not half to worry about an intermittent functioning starter. I was going to change it myself and then looked at the hassle of it...I did not want to deal with it. James made it look easy, but I knew it would have been a chore for me. He was very nice and professional. Gave me some recommendations without being a sales person. I felt he was honest and sincere. Oh, on a side note, if this was done at a shop, the mechanic would probably not have finished in a couple of hours. I was up and driving around very quickly...not an all day project.

Steve was amazing. He came on time and was very quick to resolve the issue. Initially I anticipated that I would need to replace the alternator but Steve diagnosed it to be something minor related to the Battery connection and happily updated the plan and invoice. Highly recommended!

First he sent a text asking if he could come earlier! Yes! He came half hour earlier! And then he was so pleasant and friendly explaining how and what crankshaft sensor is supposed to do. He showed me my old part. Very nice and helpful!
