In a nutshell, joe was fantastic even though a bolt on my alternator gave him hell. He ended returning to my home three times after having to purchase a special kit to remove this crazy bolt that was stripped and did not want to come off. He returned for the third time this morning right at 7:00 am. Hearing my car start around 8:20 am was music to my ears. There’s a warranty on the part. He provided a quick overview of my cars condition with the tires, brakes, fluids. All good. I now say I have a mechanic on call if I ever need one. Thanks Joe!!

Theodore was very professional. He diagnosed what I thought was a more expensive repair as just needing new spark plugs. He was courteous and efficient. Overall a great experience.
