There are very few folk that know mechanics with cars. Alex was a complete standout with his knowledge of cars, parts and mechanisms and that was a pleasure to interact with him. Alex and Yourmechanic as an organization were super good... zero (repeat ZERO) salesy/upsell conversation, do what is right for the customer and provide valuable advice.
