John was so incredibly helpful! I thought I had an alternator belt mishap, turns out I actually needed a new alternator. He promptly did the diagnosis at my first scheduled appointment, and, thankfully, was able to install my alternator at another appointment that same day. He was understanding, non-judgmental, and was able to do everything in the parking lot of the Walmart where my car broke down at. Will definitely be using his services again!!
