Was friendly and bring his cute dog peanut with him and bring out my dog play with peanut his puppys name while doing the service.. very knowledgeable and did extra service to check everything and able to find the problem on my car.. too bad the parts is hard to order. So i just need to get that parts from my dealer or somewhere else and get it installed.
