After wasting almost 10 days trying to get my old starter replaced, I took a shot in the dark and tried Your Mechanic. Great experience from beginning to end. Brian exemplified what "customer service" really means. Kept me posted regarding possible delays based on the ridiculous rainy weather and unforeseen circumstances with prior jobs, which I completely understand having been in the service industry for over 35 years myself. He arrived, worked efficiently, and got me up and running in no time. Wish I had done this days earlier. Will definitely go to him for help on all of the 4 family vehicles. Lee was excellent. So nice and explained everything to me. I scheduled a brake replacement and it turned out they didn't need to be replaced at all! I felt bad for wasting his time but he was so kind and said not to worry about it. I will definitely book with Lee in the future.
