Great to have someone come to the house and do the service. I didn't have to worry about dropping off and getting a ride home, etc. The only issue I have is that after the service, my emergency parking brake alarm will not disengage when I use the release, I had to drive to work with it alarming. This didn't happen before, but when I called they tell me it will cost me another 100$ if this wasn't part of what was completed and is probably a separate issue. I already paid almost 600$. So this was kind of a bummer.

Greg worked diligently for at least an extra hour on my Porsche. Although some of the parts were older and difficult to remove, he stayed with it and got the job done. Also very personable.
