James was a true professional all the way. He had some availability open up so he was able to come almost an hour early. Came in and did all the work that needed to be done, including doing the work on my AC that was needed when I had initially selected the wrong service. Then after I mentioned I was taking the car on a long multi day drive, he did an addition quick inspection on the rest of the car to ensure it was ready for such a taxing trip. He really went above and beyond to make sure that I was all set. Very very genuine and easy to talk to while he was working. I would hands down recommend James to anyone looking for a mechanic!

Victor showed up earlier than the appointed time so that was great. He did the diagnostic and he listened to what problems I’ve had with my car. Overall, I had more information and a complete diagnostic done without question. I would recommend him for anyone.

Great customer service! Very friendly and informative. With the current pandemic situation, my mechanic maintained social distancing protocol to include wearing a mask. I would reccomend to all of my friends.
