Lucas came out that day checked the codes on my car and also tightened the positive battery post which i thought fixed the problem with my car cutting off in the middle of driving. It's taken me a while to do this, so I apologize Theodore. This was my first time using YourMechanic, so I was a bit skeptical especially since my quote for this work was just over $100 less than 2 other shops and at least an hour less of work time. Aside from the huge convenience of YourMechanic saving me the hassle of planning the time to take my car to a shop, I ultimately decided to use th for the savings. After the work Theodore did on my car I have nothing but great things to say about him and YourMechanic, in fact I've been recommending them to everyone I know. Theodore was right on time, very professional and very courteous. Aside from the great job he did fixing my car, which is still working a month later without any issues on what he repaired, I was most impressed with his patience with me. Every time I have work done on my car I like to know as much as I can about what is wrong, how that part/system works usually, basically pick the mechanics' brain both for my understanding and to try to measure if I can trust them (yes, even if I myself might not know what they're talking about). Theodore was super nice, patient with my questions and with his answers, and this is huge in my opinion. I'm always looking out for a shop I can trust for work on my cars and now I know moving forward that I'll be using YourMechanic in the future, and they have Theodore to thank for that.
