Ralph went to do a Pre-Purchase Inspection on a vehicle that I am interested in. He was punctual and called to let me know he was at the dealership. I was not present, I work the night shift. The report I got was clear, concise, and very thorough. It even included pictures of all the areas of inspection and any concerns that I would need to address. The owner of the dealership was extremely impressed with Ralph and his methods. This was a first for him. Most potential owners never do an inspection or takes the vehicle to "their" mechanic. This time the mechanic came to the vehicle. I have used the "YOUR MECHANIC" service before on another vehicle we own and was impressed with how easy this was.

He confirmed problem was with the EGR and because of the car's age and the state of the ?pipe? that attached to th EGR, he could not perform the work. So suggested that it would be best for an exhaust repair shop to address the issue. He went beyond the call by fixing an annoying sound from my back tire. Much appreciated! Car is fun to drive again.
