Robert was great, he was prompt and did the work in a very professional manner, unfortunately he was sent with one of the wrong belts from your mechanic but i was able to run to an auto parts store and get it that took a little bit of extra time and he also had to wait on the phone with your mechanic to change out the parts information in order for me to get a correct estimate, but Robert was a very good nice mechanic.

Pardeep is always a pro. He had my issue diagnosed in a few minutes that I had been chasing for a couple weeks. He'll be my go-to guy for as long as he and I are in the bay area.
