Manuel was amazing. He communicated what time he would arrive (he called about two hours ahead of the scheduled time and let me know he may be running a bit late) which was great! The detailed report that was given at the end was accurate and I would definitely use Manuel again in the future.

Scott was timely and professional. He pointed out that our other diagnostic (from another company) was incorrect and rescheduled the appt to finx what was actually wrong with the car. He got it done in the time window and its now running great! The customer service people when you call in are AWFUL! Rude and dismissive, could have cared less about helping. I called twice and spoke to two different people and got off the phone feeling like I'd been slapped!
