2018 Nissan Altima 20,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

My appointment was at 11 am today but Jose arrived much earlier than that and finished the job by 11 am. I was very impressed! He didn't pressure me on the additional services that I need for my car and I appreciate the detailed report given so I can plan my budget to fix the things needed. Daniel quickly assessed my problem; it was my battery. Seeing that I had purchased a new battery from my Nissan dealership in 2018, I thought the battery would last at least 3 years so I didn't think that was my problem. Daniel pointed out the date of the battery to me , 7/16, which was the cause of my problem. He jumped the battery and recommended AutoZone because they will install the new battery which is what I did. Let me say this, Daniels made my experience with your company a pleasant one; so I will be sending more customers (most likely ladies) your way from my referrals. I must admit I was upset with myself because I have AAA and did not call them because I thought it was the starter only because of the month and year I purchased my battery from Nissan, 8/2018.
