I was extremely pleased with Eduardo. I was scheduled for him to come on a day the weather forecast was stormy. I text him to let him know of my apprehension and he assured me that he would take care of the appointment. He responded to me several times without delay. The appointment had to be cancelled, which he did. When I rescheduled, I could not get Eduardo's time slot. I literally scheduled and rescheduled 4 times until I was able to find him.
