Desmond was on time (punctual) and polite. He was completely professional at what he does. I only had a diagnosis or inspection done but he did everything right. Highly recommend him if you choose YourMechanic.com!! On another note I wasn't completely satisfied with the outrageous prices the company charges to do repairs even if they are simple spark plug jobs but that is not Desmond's fault. Highly recommend getting a second opinion first from another certified work shop before using this company. Other than that Desmond was great!!
