Power Steering had unexpectedly went out. Paid for the Inspection to determine what exactly I would need to buy to fix my problem. I wanted to provide my own parts. Alex was sent out to diagnose the problem and he determined it was my rack and pinion. However.........instead of having to purchase a new (very expensive) rack and pinion assembly, Alex was able to repair my existing one and I was only charged the initial inspection fee. James arrived a little earlier than our scheduled appointment, so we had some time to chat and go into detail about the car's history and so he could provide a more thorough diagnosis of my car. James was very polite, friendly, and a great conversationalist during the appointment. Related to the actual appointment, James was very thorough in his diagnosis of my car and even helped me understand a bit more about my car and what it needed so I could take that information and learn from it. During his report, he determined what was wrong with my car (a bad injector) and even went beyond to determine things that could come up as potential issues and how to remedy them. Overall, the experience was very positive and I'm glad that I went ahead and setup an appointment for James to diagnose my car. If I had someone that needed a mechanic or someone to diagnose their car, James would likely be the first person that came to mind.

Bryan was awesome!! He showed up a few minutes early...I appreciated that. He was very thorough. He explained everything he was about to do. He took the time to answer all of my questions before and after as well as offered his advice on other repairs that may be necessary. I would definitely recommend him. 
