1999 Mitsubishi Montero 105,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Marvelous job done by Mazyar on my car. He was friendly and does not mind if you watch him perform the job. He will even show you what he is doing and how. He too will show you if he finds a problem with the vehicle so you can see for yourself. I say this because he was only supposed to change the oil and filter but I told him about a noise I keep hearing in the suspension. He inspected the suspension while he was underneath the car and came to find out it was the stabilizer bar links. He was patient at finding the issue and never rushed through it just because it was not part of the service. This shows me that he indeed cares about the customer and its vehicle and does not mind doing extra, as long as the customer is satisfied with his work and and all questions are answered. I will sure be using him for future services.

Patrick took his time inspecting my car, in a good way. He was never in a hurry and answered my questions with very detailed explanations. I felt confident with him working and inspecting my car. He even looked at other issues I was having with the car that were not related to the service being provided. He is not the type of mechanic that would only look at the other issues with a new appointment. He was very helpful. I really appreciate his work.

Sebastian is fantastic. He called to explain the delay when my appointment was pushed back. He showed up very early for the inspection so I would know exactly what parts I would need. He stayed in communication with me and put me on the right track to vehicle repair.
