He determined the problem immediately upon inspecting the engine of the car and determining a need to clean the throttle body. What stood out in the service was that Kenneth took the time to educate me about the different parts and processes that are going within the car, and he was very considerate by explaining everything in layman's terms. He was quick, efficient, and got the job done and more; I will definitely book him for any future auto needs.

This man was the greatest, he was able to look at my car, not only find the problem that I was having but also took the liberty to drive me to Advanced Auto Parts and help me exchange the part I bought for the ones I needed and saved me a good 143 dollars. Even when the Advanced Auto Parts employee was giving me a hard time for the return, he stepped in and defended me and made sure that I was refunded the correct amount of money and made sure that if the store wasn’t going to do it he would find another store that will. Overall James is a great guy and most definitely would recommend to anyone in need of car assistance. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. He deserves a raise.
