Matthew was very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about my Mitsubishi . He did a great and quick job in replacing my starter and getting my car up and running again.

Joseph was actually early to our appointment and got right to work trying to diagnose the intermittent windshield wiper problem. He identified the problem as a wiper motor that loads up and overheats and recommended replacing the motor. We have an appointment set up for him to do this work next week. It's important to note that this car has been taken to at least 4 mechanic shops (including 2 dealerships) and no one could seem to figure out the problem. Had we only known about this years ago when the problem started, the car would have still been in warranty. We really appreciate Joseph's help and hope to finally have a car that can be driven in rain and snow once again.

He arrived a few minutes ahead of the 30 minute window, was very relaxed and knowledgeable. He completed the work quickly and utilized the phone rep to clarify what warrantee would be included. This was my first time using "My Mechanic", and I was lery... with visions of high pressure sales tactics mid-project, for starters. My first experience was Awesome. Travis clearly knew his stuff and I'm pleased with the work he did.
