For me, the most important thing with a mechanic is that they can explain to me what's wrong in terms I can understand. I was very glad Lucas could do this. His time estimates were accurate for the work he said he needed to do, and my car is good as new! This while process went very well and was a great relief.

Theodore was great! Showed up right to my door with all the necessary tools and parts and made the repairs in no time. Very friendly and skilled in what he does. He was happy to explain to me what the issues were as well as giving me advice about maintenance on the rest of the vehicle. Car runs great now. Robert was an amazing technician who seems to know all the old school tricks. This is very important as a lot of cars nowadays overcomplicate things. He explained thoroughly that my catalytic converter could be going out but it might just be something that Mitsubishi doesn't correct for whenever the oxygen sensor is sending weird numbers etc. He looked over everything. Although he couldn't replicate the issue. (Car has to be driven around though for this) He suspects a vacuum leak which just confirms my suspicions. He also arrived 15 minutes early to the appointment. Very knowledgeable about cars and mechanical stuff in general. Would book with him again to fix other issues that I cant fix myself. I just dont have the time, tools shop or experience to fix major issues.
