2017 Mercedes-Benz E550 30,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Peter is very knowledgeable with regards to my Mercedes. When I booked the 80K maintenance, I was expecting all necessary services to be completed. Instead there were several actions that Peter told me were due at the 80K mile mark as identified by the service levels, but they were not done (e.g.; replacing a filter; replacing spark plugs). I now have a quote for an additional $1300 to complete those items plus problems discovered during the inspection.

He did a great job and was very knowledgeable. My husband and I were hesitant due to some bad reviews we saw on BBB from people across the country regarding their experience with other mechanics. Thank God we got Henry and not one of those others. Two other mechanics brushed us off because they were scared to deal with our car because it was so tricky. He kept us informed of any delay he was having before we had to reach out to him. From the minute he arrived he was very warm with a positive attitude, was not rushing, and paid attention to detail. We will definitely book him again for our next job.

Awesome ! We’ll be calling him back to work on our two other luxury cars. He was polite and trustworthy. We are no longer using our former “trusted” mechanic. Jose saved us exactly $5200. We are ecstatic!
