This was our first time to utilize Your Mechanic and we were quite pleased. We selected Alex for our needs based on his ratings. Turns out they were spot on and well-deserved. While we ended up spending more than we had hoped to, we feel as though Alex delivered on the work that needed to be done. He took the time to listen to my concerns and questions, even when I kept asking questions repeatedly until I fully understood the process, never once did he get annoyed, he responded with patience and welcomed follow up questions until I had 100% understanding. This was my first time using a mobile service I was extremely nervous about it and hoping I made the right decision…I am so glad I did!
