John was extremely nice and efficient. He was professional and completed changing out my brake pads in a timely manner. This was the first time I used a mobile repair service and I will certainly invite him back.

Simon listened to my concerns and addressed them and told me what I needed. Great service and nice person. Did not replace part that I thought I needed and told me what was REALLY wrong with my car instead of lying. Have never had problems with the company anyway and this only adds to the reasons why I will continue to use them!

Michael deserves a full 5 stars for his honesty and work. I had rated him earlier at 4 stars because he broke the temperature sensor but admitted it right away and said he would return with the part and fix it at no charge, I admired his awesome honesty but was not sure if he would follow through and hence the 4 stars rating earlier. But he followed through and it was all completed and so he deserves the full 5 stars for his knowledge, experience and above all his integrity and honesty which is not common with the mechanics these days, So he needs to be recognized for that. I might give him a 4.95 stars which is not possible because he forgot to put back the tensioner pulley dust cap and could not find it later. Its a minor part and cant be bought at the store either which is annoying but I would still give him 5 stars because of his honesty, efficiency and knowledge. He was quick and efficient.
