Theodore was very knowledgeable. I called him in to look at my door lock problem and he was able to find out what the real issue was. In addition of that, he also spotted some damages under my door panel done by the car dealership where I bought my car, and also pointed out that the car battery that came with the car was half of the size of the factory one. I greatly appreciated him calling me. Once here he gave me a time frame for my pre buy inspection and it was accurate.He did a thorough one and a half hour inspection on my Mercedes Benz and showed me features that I was not aware of and explained what he was finding along the way.
