Jonathan's performance was great today! He arrived before my scheduled appointment, expertly diagnosed the problem was a dead battery, quoted the price and replaced immediately. Ran the engine for about 10 additional minutes to check that the engine was charging (which it was) while performing the thorough 50pt inspection. I was extremely pleased with his courteous and professional demeanor. Great job!

Michael was awesome - he showed up a few minutes early, was fully prepared for the requested service, and was very personable. He listened as I explained what issues I had and what I'd already tried to resolve the issue on my own and fixed everything up exactly as requested. We couldn't have asked for a better mechanic to come out - thanks Mike!
