Neither poor nor great. Reginald was courteous. He jacked up one side of the car He did not run the engine for a little while to warm up the oil. For both these reasons, the refill did not take five quarts, meaning there was a pint or two of old, dirty oil left in the sump after he "drained" it. Also getting under a jacked-up car without additional jack stands is suicidal. He returned the old filters (and unused oil) to me, which I like. So he gets an "a" and you get a C- for not training him properly. IMHO, of course.

My experience with Fernando was extremely favorable. He arrived on time and was prepared to provide the services requested. He found the actual problem rapidly which he called to my attention. His explanation was clear and the proper service was performed immediately. His solution resulted in a much reduced charge. I highly recommend his services and his company.
