John was on time for the appointment and was polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem with my car not starting, and also conducted an overall inspection of the car. This was useful because he mentioned an issue or two I was not aware of that I will need to watch as I don't want problems to develop. Overall time of service was approximately one hour. I would utilize the services of Your Mechanic again although of course I'd prefer not to have more problems with the car!

I am so MAD,
Nathan was nice and friendly, diagnosed my car in a very quick manner.... But he told me the wrong location of my fuse problem. I pulled out the fuse(after breaking it) and went to the store to get a new one. After he told me it would only be $5 . Well try $55 after also having to order it on line and wait 4 days. Well come to find out that is the wrong fuse to which would fix my problem. Now. I have to purchase a completely new fuse which is also $60... So I've spent nearly $200 and my problem is still not solved. I just wish they wouldn't have told me the wrong fuse. I still like this company and will definitely use them again... But will be hesitant on anything they say instead of fix
