Chris is very professional, and super friendly. He explained to me how I can do the follow-up checks after the repair, and answered my questions patiently, and probably more than once. I have a long list of expensive repairs from the dealership that requires "immediate attention", Chris checked my car and told me which ones are truly urgent, which ones are not. I know little about cars, but the interaction with Chris makes me feel comfortable. I know I can trust Chris, and my car would be in good hands.
