He came up with a few different possibilities, ruled out a bunch of other ones, and by the time the shakedown drive was done we landed on a likely scenario that would explain things. Opening up the hood and checking the condition of a few filters, fluids, and plugs, Travis found some evidence that made the diagnosis even more likely. Now, I have a much better sense of what may be going on, some specific next steps in the plan, and a solid quote for additional work that needs to be done anyway - and going through the same process with the local garage might have taken days, and cost ten times more.

Although Lee was very late for our scheduled appointment. he was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and was able to detect what was wrong was not the need for a new alternator (very expensive) but for a new battery for my key fob since it was acting unreliably...sometimes working and sometimes not. The AAA guy who helped me the other day was the one who diagnosed the problem to be an alternator that was registering low. Car battery fine. Lee gave me several helpful tricks and I would definitely use him again.

Edward, was accommodating and hard working. When he arrived he discovered that I had a broken belt which requires him to retrieve new parts and adjust my repair. He was also very prompt and communicative. I most definitely highly recommend him.
