2003 Lexus RX300 52,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Ben Smith is an honest, knowledgeable Professional Mechanic!!!!!!! I have always taken my vehicles to the dealership shops for work. I tried this service for a couple of reasons, and will recommend both the service, but particularly Ben Smith to friends. Mr. Smith not identified the problem, but recommended not to replace the part "yet" and to continue operating until it fails and then replace (not critical for the safe operation.) He then worked to fix other items I had not requested, but knew they needed to be repaired. He was right on time, great attitude and was truly honest on what work needed to be done. It is so nice to be able to find a trusted mechanic, I will use him whenever I am in the need for vehicle repairs.

Manuel was great. He has an appointment earlier in the day open up so he called to see if that would work for me -- which was greatly appreciated! He was very quick and incredibly professional.

Michael was fast, efficient, courteous, and gave me some really helpful advice. He was everything you could want in an on-site mechanic. I highly recommend him!
