Chris called to come earlier, so we did. He was prompt, already checking the car when I arrived. He was very thorough and happy to answer my many questions while he worked. He had good knowledge of my car model, and he shared advice about how to handle repairs going forward. Chris was meticulous when investigating some body work issues.
