Alfred was great! He put me at ease right away. That was great because I am a first time "Your Mechanic" customer. Alfred texted me the day before the appointment to confirm it. He texted me the day of the appointment to let me know he was on his way to my home, and that he would arrive on time, He did arrive on time and replaced the battery, and changed the motor oil and filter on my Lexus in a timely manner. I will use "Your Mechanic" in the future, and will definitely request Alfred when I do.

Though Pardeep was running late for the appointment he provided updates to inform accordingly. Was super quick with his work and did a great job all around.

I have a Lexus hybrid, which is unlike most other hybrid systems. Because of this, I needed someone who knew about Lexus hybrid systems. Carlos did. He was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and personable. My car has 2 batteries. He went straight to the root of the problem. Carlos determined the reason everything was so wonky in my car was that one of the batteries had died. I highly recommend Carlos. I will call him again the next time I need car repairs.
