2018 Lexus GS300 75,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Peter has worked on my Lexus LS 6 times. I have one appoInment coming up and the wait to book Peter was 2 weeks. He is simply the best. Like the Mercedes commercial says: the best or nothing. Not only is Peter the best, he is also extremely nice, personable and willing to share his knowledge. A rare find indeed!

Friendly guy, did the inspection and walked me through what was going on and listened to my issues with the car and gave me some answers. My only discrepancy with him is that the day of the appointment, it was rescheduled without my knowing or notification, it was rescheduled for a day that did not work for me as I would be away from home. I reached out and messaged the number used previously to contact them and no answer. Reached out to customer support and they only gave me an automated email saying that it was being looked into. I look at it now and the whole thing is cancelled and I had to read the description for myself that their recommendation is to take it to an actual shop. I would have been fine if their communication was better, but neither Rodney nor customer service have yet to tell me. I have no issues with his work, only with his and their communication

First off I want to say Dominic is a very nice guy. He showed up on time and completed the job ahead of schedule. Kept me informed on what he was going to do to the car and explained to me after the job what he had done. He did a great job, I would recommend him for any job. My car is running again, and I’m very pleased with the service. I will use him again for future repairs.
