Super friendly! I already felt at ease because of the positive reviews, but super nice guy ... got everything done quickly ... showed me some future work that will need to be done on my 20-year-old / 230,000 mile care (in other words I wasn't surprised). Had a tire rotation, oil change, coolant flush, and brake system bleed. After dealing with brick and mortar scheduling issues I'll use Johnny and YourMechanic again.

Appreciate the extra time Andy took to make sure he could fully stand behind the services he recommend. He took the time to explain the problem and also I appreciate the pictures he took and the voice notes he left for good documentation.
