Theodore did Great work as he has always done since I started using Your mechanic. I have nothing but High praise for his professional quality of work. I do on the other have major issues with the under handed tactics of Your mechanic in trying to keep a person's money in house credited to an account instead of giving credit for services not needed or not performed back to your Credit Card account where it should be credited.!!!!! They are among the worst businesses that try to do this!!!! For this reason I will stop recommending them!!!!!

Peter knew his job and Lexus cars. He was on-time to the appointment, called me before arriving, did a great job on the work requested, cleaned up perfectly, was fast and thorough, and explained the results of his multi-point checkup. Will definitely request him in the future.

Mike was excellent and did a great job. He solved the code light problem and discovered that I needed to replace the parking brake actuator to complete the job. However, I received an email asking me to call Your Mechanic customer service to help with the quote to replace the actuator. They said they were not able to do that service. However, Mike knew what to do to replace it. I told him I would request for him to return to finish the job. I will not be using Your Mechanic again because now I have to find someone else to complete what appears to be a simple job.
