Luis called to confirm our appointment, and he was here on time, even though he had a very lengthy job before mine. He did a very good job replacing the driver's side power window regulator and window motor, in one hour, and cleaned up so that the car looked great. He also recommended some follow-up service (brake pads & power steering fluid replacement (because it's getting brown), both of which sound like good suggestions. I'll be happy to have Luis back on future jobs.

After getting 2 cancellations from a different mechanic I was about ready to give up and take my car to the dealership. Arturo had an availability the following day and I was hesitant to book again but I did. He showed up on time and her was very friendly. He completed the service and was very informative afterwards. Recommended services in the future and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me on unnecessary services since his recommendations were reasonable. Very happy with his work.
