Keith was awesome! He was very professional and extremely thorough with the evaluation. He even made 2 trips to complete the inspection due to inclement weather because he wanted to ensure that he could do the best job possible.

Jermaine is officially Captain Clutch!! He came out and did full front and rear brake pad replacements on my vehicle on a Sunday morning in freezing weather right before it was about to rain. He even crushed the estimated repair time by about an hour. There was a little bit of a hiccup with the one of the brake rotors, but Jermaine hammered it into compliance and took care of it on the spot. I don’t have enough good things to say about Jermaine and the work that he did, he’s all world. I needed to get back on the road and he made it possible for me to do such without me having to get my vehicle towed to the dealership where I know they would have charged me an arm and a leg.
