It’s pretty simple really. Raymond was on time; took my keys and called me 30 minutes later announcing he was finished! During that time I was in my home continuing my day, calls, text & coffee. Great service and very personable. 5+ stars.....

Jermaine is officially Captain Clutch!! He came out and did full front and rear brake pad replacements on my vehicle on a Sunday morning in freezing weather right before it was about to rain. He even crushed the estimated repair time by about an hour. There was a little bit of a hiccup with the one of the brake rotors, but Jermaine hammered it into compliance and took care of it on the spot. I don’t have enough good things to say about Jermaine and the work that he did, he’s all world. I needed to get back on the road and he made it possible for me to do such without me having to get my vehicle towed to the dealership where I know they would have charged me an arm and a leg. Thank you Jermaine, I appreciate you! Five star service, well deserved!!
