Theodores was very punctual and he called me in advance of the appointment. He explained why he was there and started the testing of my car immediately. He politely gave me the choice to go to the drive test with hem or not. He completed the test alone and came back after 45 minutes of drive test. He had explained in detail all his findings on the car during his drive test and gave me also the recommendations. He was very professional and polite is all his approach and work he has done. Like all the other 5 star reviews, Tinashe was awesome! Arrived on time and right away I felt at ease with how knowledgeable he was. I only had an oil change and air filter swap but I would definitely trust Tinashe to do way more complex work on my Rover. Highly recommend!!

It’s pretty simple really. Raymond was on time; took my keys and called me 30 minutes later announcing he was finished! During that time I was in my home continuing my day, calls, text & coffee. Great service and very personable. 5+ stars.....
