I had scheduled Mr. Tran to come replace a starter for me recently. I didn't plan the appointment very well and low and behold, it ended up raining pretty hard while he was in the middle of the job. I felt bad -- but I made sure I appreciated his skill and ability to complete the task. Thanks again, car has had no problems starting (knock on wood) since the starter has been replaced.

He was super kind honest and made sure to check every little detail of my car. His dad jokes were hilarious! I’d give him a 50 point rating but it looks like I can only do 49.99 😂
